Even though the old things have passed away and all things have become new, quite often what you experience seems to contradict the truth of God’s word. In today’s teaching, we’ll begin to lay the groundwork for understanding the difference between your spirit, your soul and your body. When you begin to renew your mind to the reality that exists in your born again spirit, you’ll start seeing evidence of it begin to flow into your life.

This means that He sent Jesus to eliminate the barrier of sin that stood between God and man and regardless of what you might have heard or been taught, God is no longer mad at you. Harmony has been restored and this is the gospel message that we should be preaching. Even though God has made the provision for you, you still have to receive his free gift and “be reconciled to God.”
